Every bet you place at 9win earns points. Level up, unlock increasing cashback, priority withdrawals, a personal manager, and benefits no other platform in Brazil can match.
Players who bet frequently at 9win knows that the platform recognizes player loyalty in a real, concrete way — not with empty promises, but with genuine benefits that make a difference every day. The 9win VIP Program is exactly that: a rewards system built for those who take their entertainment seriously, whether in slots, live casino, Sports Betting, or crash games.
It's straightforward: every bet you place on any game across the platform earns you VIP points. Those points determine your level within the program — from Bronze all the way up to Diamond — and each level unlocks a different set of privileges. The more you play, the more points you earn, the faster you level up, and the better the benefits available to you.
Cashback is one of the most valued benefits in the program. Even at the Bronze level, you already receive 3% weekly cashback on net losses. That percentage increases progressively, reaching 20% at the Diamond level. In practice, a portion of what you spend on entertainment is returned to your account every week — automatically, with no red tape and no need to request it. Only members who know the program truly understand how much that adds up to over time.
Beyond cashback, VIP members enjoy faster withdrawals — at the Diamond level, Pix processing takes under 60 seconds. Higher withdrawal limits, personalized birthday bonuses, early access to new games, and exclusive tournaments round out the benefits package that 9win offers its best players.
At the higher levels — Platinum and Diamond — each member gets a dedicated personal account manager. That means a dedicated professional, fluent in Brazilian Portuguese, available via WhatsApp or phone to handle any questions about withdrawals, bonuses, special promotions, or the platform itself. This level of attention is what sets 9win apart from other betting platforms in Brazil.

Points accumulate on the 9win is transparent and works on a straightforward logic: for every R$ 10.00 wagered on any game on the platform, you earn VIP points. The conversion rate varies by category: slots award 10 points per R$ 10.00 wagered; live casino awards 5 points per R$ 10.00; Sports Betting awards 8 points per R$ 10.00; and Crash Games award 10 points per R$ 10.00. These points are recorded in your dashboard and updated in real time after every round.
Points accumulate permanently to determine your level — meaning you never drop a level due to inactivity. Once you reach Gold, for example, you keep all Gold benefits indefinitely until you advance to the next level. Only the number of points earned in the current month may vary for cashback calculation purposes.
To understand the real value of cashback, here's a concrete example. A Gold-level player who wagered R$ 5,000.00 on slots during the week and ended up with R$ 800.00 in net losses gets 10% back: R$ 80.00 credited automatically every Sunday. For a Diamond member with R$ 3,000.00 in weekly net losses, the 20% cashback means R$ 600.00 back — every Sunday, with no action required. Over a month, that's R$ 2,400.00 returned from cashback alone. It completely changes the entertainment equation for anyone who plays regularly at 9win.
For players looking to level up fast, slots and crash games are the most efficient categories for earning VIP points at 9win. Slots from providers like Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and NetEnt — starting at R$ 1.00 per spin — generate 10 points for every R$ 10.00 wagered. In a one-hour slots session, it's easy to wager R$ 200.00 or more across quick rounds, adding up to 200 points per session. Crash games like Aviator and JetX earn points at the same rate, and the fast-paced rounds make it easy to build up volume.
The highest level of the 9win comes with surprises that go beyond the digital. Diamond members receive monthly physical gifts delivered to their registered address — from electronics and accessories to fine dining and cultural experiences in major Brazilian cities like São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, and Porto Alegre. These gifts are personalized based on each member's profile and change every month. It's a tangible way of recognizing those who belong to the platform's highest tier.
For VIP members, 9win keeps all deposit methods available in Brazil: Pix (available 24/7, including holidays), boleto bancário, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Elo), PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers from any bank — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and more. Gold members and above get a dedicated Pix channel, ensuring funds appear in the account within seconds regardless of the time. For Diamond members, withdrawals are processed with absolute priority — no matter the volume.
Focus your bets on slots and crash games — these are the categories that earn the most VIP points per BRL wagered at 9win. A consistent daily session will move you up the ranks far faster than occasional large bets. Regularity is the key.

Current members share how the VIP program has changed their experience at 9win.
"I reached Diamond about 4 months ago and the difference is incredible. My personal manager contacts me on WhatsApp, handles anything in minutes, and the 20% weekly cashback practically covers my monthly entertainment budget. A R$ 18,000.00 withdrawal hit in 45 seconds via Pix — not an exaggeration, I checked the clock."
"I'm at the Platinum level and what I use the most is the personal account manager — Fernanda, who handles my account, is incredibly attentive, knows the platform inside and out, and has already tipped me off about exclusive promotions that aren't visible to everyone. The 15% cashback also helps a lot — last week I got R$ 420.00 back without doing a thing. I'd recommend the program without hesitation."
"I started at Bronze and worked my way up gradually. I've been at Gold for two months now, and the birthday bonus was a nice surprise — R$ 200.00 that I used straight on the live casino. The exclusive VIP tables are on another level: fewer players, a more attentive dealer, a calmer atmosphere. The 9win program is absolutely worth putting the effort into."
