To create and maintain an active account with 9win, you must meet all of the criteria below:
9win reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify compliance with the above criteria. Refusal to provide valid documentation may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of the account.
Each user may maintain only one active account on the platform 9win. Creating multiple accounts with the intent to accumulate bonuses, bypass withdrawal limits, or circumvent any other rule is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any balances obtained irregularly.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, CPF, residential address in Brazil, and a valid email address. Any changes to this information must be reported to 9win support within 5 business days.
Identity Verification (KYC): 9win is required by anti-money laundering (AML) regulations to verify users' identities before processing withdrawals. You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. A 9win accepts the following deposit methods, all processed in Brazilian Reais (R$):
The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. 9win does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's bank or payment method provider are the user's responsibility. Balances from deposits made via Pix, card, and PicPay/Mercado Pago become available in the account within seconds of payment confirmation.
Important: 9win only accepts deposits made through payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the sender; the receiving account may also be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals on 9win are processed exclusively to bank accounts and digital wallets held by the same person registered on the platform. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00.

Before your first withdrawal, you must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process described in Section 3. Withdrawals requested prior to KYC completion will be held until your documents are approved. 9win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with prior notice whenever possible. Bets placed in bad faith or with the specific intent of bonus arbitrage (bonus hunting, match betting using the platform's balance) may result in bonus cancellation and, in repeated cases, account closure.

RNG (Random Number Generator) games use random number generators audited by independent laboratories. Provably Fair games — especially crash games — allow players to verify the randomness of each round using the cryptographic hash available in their account history. 9win has no technical ability to interfere with the results of games provided by third parties once a round has begun.
Technical issues: In the event of a technical failure during a game (connection drop, provider server error, or power interruption), 9win will treat the result recorded on the game provider's servers as final. Odds are set by 9win and may be changed at any time before an event begins. Bets confirmed before any change are honored at the original odds. 9win reserves the right to cancel, void, or revise bets in cases of: an obvious error in the odds (for example, odds of 100:1 on a near-certain outcome), match-fixing confirmed by sports authorities, or bets placed after the official start of an event without the platform's knowledge.
Parlay bets (multiples) are allowed with a minimum of 2 selections. The maximum return per parlay bet is R$ 500,000.00 per event. Bets exceeding this limit will be accepted at the available odds but payouts will be capped at the maximum amount.
The 9win VIP Program 9win consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Your tier is determined automatically based on total bet volume over the past 30 calendar days. Benefits include automatic weekly cashback (from 3% at Bronze up to 20% at Diamond), priority withdrawals, birthday bonuses, invitations to exclusive promotions, and a personal account manager for Gold tier and above.
Cashback is calculated based on real-money bets (excluding bets placed with bonus balance) and credited every Sunday for the previous week (Monday through Sunday). VIP Program cashback has no rollover requirement — it can be withdrawn immediately from Monday onward with no additional conditions.
9win reserves the right to revise the level progression criteria, cashback percentages, and VIP Program benefits at any time, with at least 7 days' prior notice to active members at the Gold, Platinum, and Diamond levels.
A 9win uses 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption on all platform connections. Passwords are stored with cryptographic hashing and never in plain text. The system monitors transactions in real time to detect suspicious access and financial activity patterns.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform 9win and will result in immediate suspension, with possible balance forfeiture and reporting to the relevant authorities:
A 9win may suspend or close an account temporarily or permanently in the following situations: violation of these Terms; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; request by the account holder; inactivity for more than 24 consecutive months; or a judicial or regulatory order.
In the event of closure due to a violation, bonus balances and any winnings obtained through the irregular conduct will be cancelled. The remaining real balance — funds deposited by the user and not derived from irregular bonuses — will be returned after review, minus any compensation for proven damages to the platform. The user will be notified by email of any closure and will have 14 days to contest the decision with support.
Accounts inactive for more than 24 consecutive months may be subject to a maintenance fee of R$ 10.00 per month deducted from the remaining balance until it is fully depleted. The user will be notified by email 30 days before charges begin.
A 9win is not liable for: (a) financial losses resulting from the user's betting decisions; (b) temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, third-party provider failures, or force majeure events; (c) losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's negligence in safeguarding their credentials; (d) variations in game outcomes caused by the user's internet connection failures.
Casino games and sports betting involve real financial risk. 9win does not guarantee profits and makes no promises about the outcomes of games or bets. The platform is provided "as is", with reasonable efforts to maintain availability, but without any guarantee of 100% uninterrupted operation.
A 9win may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian law, new platform features, or operational adjustments. Material changes will be communicated to your registered email address at least 7 calendar days in advance.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
